Beautifully warmed rollers of bamboo to ease tight muscles
How it works
I use heated rollers of bamboo to roll your muscles- like rolling out pastry! Rather than using this a spa style treatment I use the bamboo to help get you out of pain, to increase flexibility and ease of movement. Using warm bamboo means you can have a relaxing and effective treatment.
Warm bamboo is particularly good for runners who suffer with tight IT bands (erm. . that's pretty much all runners!). This is equally as effective yet less painful way of releasing the IT band than traditional foam rollers. Sound good? I think so, I am a runner myself and have had some excruciating work done on my IT band. Bamboo is the way forward!
